    Abstract
    In Manufacturing Palm, Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and sludge will be obtained. Slugde will be reprocessed to take up the oil residu inside it by using centrifuge. One of the most important factor be attentive in this process is cleaning in sludge processing tools that which influence to the losses and the quality produce of oil. By analyzing that I do of sludge processing produce in waste liquid by Sludge Separator, we obtained the oil losses’s percentage is about 1,1 % by the optimal usage of temperature in processing tools up in 95oC.
