dc.description.abstract | Determination of optimum temperature is one of the most important things to determine the process of refining crude palm oil contained in the Crude Oil Tank. The optimum temperature is obtained from variations in temperature during heating in order to obtain the water content according to national standards set ranged 0.1 – 0.5 %. Determination of water content is very determine the quality of the CPO in which most of the water can cause hydrolysis of free fatty acids that cause the lower the quality of palm oil so that the next process to obtain high-quality cooking oil a bad influence. | en_US |
