    Abstract
    The problem of domestic violence is happening now is that many problems afflict domestic life in today's society. Forms of domestic violence that includes physical, psychological, sexual, and neglect the fact households are fairly common, but rarely arise because society believes that the intervention of other parties who are not household members considered unusual. It is inevitable issue of domestic violence has not been a concern of society, can be seen in terms of the reluctance of the public to report cases of domestic violence to the authorities, because they will open a disgrace the family concerned. This situation is very worrying, especially the impact of domestic violence very well lead to physical or psychological suffering on the victim. A problem to be raised is "What results Advocacy Domestic Violence Victims By Indonesian Heritage Foundation". This study aims to determine the outcome of advocacy Victims of Domestic Violence (domestic violence), accompanied by the Indonesian Heritage Foundation. Methods This study uses descriptive method with a case study approach. he study was conducted in the Indonesian Heritage Foundation of North Sumatra Province and surrounding area victims of Domestic Violence. Data was collected by in-depth interviews and observations in the field. Data retrieved later descriptively narrated using a qualitative approach. The data on women victims of domestic violence in this study suppressed for the sake of the protection of women. Based on the data that has been collected and analyzed can be concluded that there is a difference in the form of domestic violence is experienced, but equally motivated by economic factors are weak, resulting in split households that provide opportunities for perpetrators of domestic violence to commit domestic violence against the victim.
