Dampak Peralihan Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Namo Bintang Terhadap Kesejahteraan Sosial Rumah Tangga Pemulung Di Desa Baru, Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Social welfare is a right of all people to get it. The reality of what happens when social welfare has not felt scavengers in Namo Bintang Landfills, Pancur Batu. The landfill is a source of income so large, so that the scavenger are very dependent on the landfill. This study classified explanative research aimed to prove yhe hypothesis of the impact the transition Namo Bintang landfills of the social welfare household scavengers. Population size in this study were 163 people scavengers. To represent the population researches took a sample of 10% of the population is 163 people scavengers. The results of this study indicate that there is a transition effect Namo Bintang landfills in the Desa Baru, Subdistrict Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang. This change can be seen from the drastic drop in income. The revenue decline resulted in the fulfillment of other needs not met by either
