The development area itself is an area that is in the tropics so it requires a design approach in accordance with the problems in areas with tropical climates The design is intended to provide an option of accommodation facility such as business hotel with the concept of tropical architecture that is easily reached from the airport and adequate to accommodate the various activities of a business meeting.
