dc.description.abstractResearch solidification / stabilization by using waste of slag steel from the steel industry as of mixed material to make a concrete ( brick concrete) has completed in this research waste of slag varied in any mixture to make brick concrete as for variation waste of slag is 0 %, 6.25 %, 12.5 %, 18.75 %, 25, 31.25 % and analysis how influence composition a mixture of strong press, porosity and mobilization of heavy metal and the research results show that composition the best in the sand 0 %, gravel 43,75 %, cement 25 % and waste of slag 31,25 %, produce strong press is 304,68 kg/ cm2 and results of the porosity is 2,61 % but all variation of waste slag 0 %, 6.25 %, 12.5 %, 18,75 %, 25, 31,25 % have qualified of SNI 03-0691-1996 while to test mobilization of heavy metal Pb and Cr in water all the variations is <0,1955 ppm have met of quality standart kep-03 / bapedal / 09 / 1995 (about technical requirements of hazardous waste and toxic materials) so it can be used as a steel slag mix concrete material that is safe for the environment.en_US
