    Analisis Moral Bushido dalam Novel Shinzanmono Karya Keigo Higashino Keigo Higashino No “Shinzanmono” To Iu Shousetsu Ni Okeru Bushido Doutoku No Bunseki

    Abstract
    Literature is a picture of human life. Besides functioning as fun entertaiment, literature can also provide life value. Moral values in the novel can motivate towards a better life. Literary works can be made from someone’s imagination. The novel Shinzanmono is a novel written by Keigo Higashino in 2009 set in the investigation of the murder case of a women who has just been divorced from her husband for 6 months. Thought investigating this case, detective Kaga also investigates the problems that have occurred to everyone who has ever been close to the victim. This novel also conveys a lot of moral messages to its readers though the interactions and feelings of the characters in it. The purpose of this study is to describe what moral messages are contained in the novel ‘Shinzanmono’ and also to find out the meaning of the moral messages conveyed in it. The method used in writing this thesis is descriptive method. Moral is the values and norms that guide a person or group in regulating their behavior. While morality is a moral characteristic or overall principle that is pleasing to good and bad. Bushido’s moral are the way of life of the samurai which emphasizes life on loyalty, honesty, respect for others and so on. Bushido morals also gave Japanese society certain characteristics that enabled Japanese society to become a superpower in manufacturing. In the novel Shinzanmono there is bushido morality plated by the characters, including morals of honesty, compassion, respect for others and courage. The meaning of the moral message contained in the novel is the meaning of the first trichotomy pierce in the index section when stealing a pot and the second trichotomy pierce in the sinsign section when using a top rope as a murder tool.
