Peranan Fasilitas Kantor terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Sub Bagian Program Dinas Perhubungan

Abstract

The research aims to determine and describe the role of office facilities on employee performance in Sub Bagian Program Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The data used in this research primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires with employees in Sub Bagian Program. The results showed that the facilities in the Sub Bagian Program Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara played an important role in employee performance.
