    Abstract
Studies have been conducted to determine the parameters of physics to the number of colonies of E. Coli bacteria found around the domestic TPAL Kab.Aceh Tamiang using the software SPSS version 13.0 with the correlation method (Pearson correlation) and the method of multiple linear regression and identification with a test of determination. Domestic waste water samples taken around the region TPAL Kab.Aceh Tamiang. To determine physical parameters such as TDS, and hardness, as well as to calculate the number of bacterial cells of E. coli is carried out measurements / testing in the laboratory, while for measuring physical parameters such as temperature, and time (duration of the sample exposed to sunlight), then the measurements were taken in the field. From the results of this study found a correlation between the amount of time (the length of the sample exposed to sunlight) to the number of bacterial colonies of E. Amounting to 0.978 Coli, TDS against the number of bacterial colonies of E. coli 0.134, the temperature of the bacteria E. Coli at -0.905 and the hardness of the bacteria E. Coli at -0.155. Thus be seen that the output of the correlation that the physical parameters that most influence on the number of colonies of E. Coli bacteria is time that is equal to 0.978 which has a negative influence. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS. Version 13.0 Multiple Linear regression equations obtained Y = 10912.839 +37.230 (X1) +62.224 (X2) - 0.649 (X3) + 1.919 (X4). Through the identification / determination test between the physical parameters in which the time variable (X1) as the first independent variable, temperature (X2) as the second independent variable and TDS (X3) as the third independent variable and the hardness (X4) to the number of bacterial colony of E. Coli (Y ) as the dependent variable, it is known that the correlation coefficient of 1.000 indicating a very strong relationship in which the coefficient of determination (R2) of 1.000. it is influenced by variables Time, Temperature, TDS and hardness of 100%.
