dc.description.abstractHas been experimented Determination of Acid Number and persentage of free fatty acid in Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) and Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Kernel Oil (RBD PKO) with method Acid Base Titration. Where the samples of CPKO and RBD PKO used come from Dumai, Duri, Rantau Prapat. From the analysis results obtained of Acid Number content in CPKO from Dumai of12,841 mg KOH/g, from Duri of 12,131 mg KOH/g, from Rantau Prapat of 12,243 mg KOH/g. And Free Fatty Acid in CPKO from Dumai of 4,578%, from Duri of4,325%, from Rantau Prapat of 4,365%. While of Acid Number in RBD PKO from Dumai of 0,245 mg KOH/g, from Duri of 0,245 mg KOH/g, from Rantau Prapat of 0,146 mg KOH/g. And Free Fatty Acid in RBD PKO from Dumai of 0,084%,from Duri of0,092%, from Rantau Prapat of 0,078%.en_US
dc.description.abstractTelah dilakukan percobaan Penentuan Bilangan Asam dan Kadar Asam Lemak Bebas pada Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) dan Refined Bleached Deodorized PalmKernel Oil (RBD PKO) dengan metode Titrasi Asam Basa. Dimana sampel CPKO dan RBD PKO yang digunakan berasal dari wilayah Dumai, Duri, Rantau Prapat. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh Bilangan Asam pada CPKO asal Dumai sebesar 12,841 mg KOH/g, asal Duri sebesar 12,131 mg KOH/g, asal Rantau Prapat sebesar 12,243 mg KOH/g. Dan Kadar Asam Lemak Bebas pada CPKO asal Dumai sebesar 4,578%, asal Duri sebesar 4,325%, asal Rantau Prapat sebesar 4,365%. Sedangkan Bilangan Asam pada RBD PKO asal Dumai sebesar 0,245 mg KOH/g, asal Duri sebesar 0,245 mg KOH/g, asal Rantau Prapat sebesar 0,146 mg KOH/g. Dan Kadar Asam Lemak Bebas pada RBD PKO asal Dumai sebesar 0,084%, asal Duri sebesar 0,092%, asal Rantau Prapat sebesar 0,078%.en_US
