Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Angka Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

The phenomenon of poverty can not be avoided, but development has reduced the number of poor people but has not been able to eliminate poverty. It is time for poverty alleviation programs on the factors that influence it, because the factors causing poverty each region have different characteristics, so that poverty alleviation efforts are also different. Data were collected from Central Statistic Agency of Deli Serdang Regency in 2004-2015. The result of the analysis of multiple linear regression equations the application of constants states that if there is a population density, the number of unemployed, the employment rate and the number of poor is 339.996, the regression coefficient of 3.85 states that any increase of the poor, the coefficient of 0.682 states that every increase in the number of unemployed, there is an increase in the number of unemployed, the coefficient of 0.139 states that each unemployment, employment rate, then there will be unemployment number of employment levels.

Fenomena kemiskinan tidak dapat dihindari, tetapi pembangunan telah menurunkan jumlah orang miskin tetapi belum mampu menghilangkan kemiskinan. Sudah saatnya program pengentasan kemiskinan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, karena faktor penyebab kemiskinan setiap daerah memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga upaya pengentasan kemiskinan juga berbeda. Data dikumpulkan dari Badan Pusat Statistika Kabupaten Deli Serdang tahun 2004-2015. Hasil analisis persamaan regresi linier berganda penerapan konstanta menyatakan bahwa jika ada kepadatan penduduk, jumlah pengangguran, tingkat ketenagakerjaan dan jumlah penduduk miskin adalah , koefisien regresi sebesar menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan penduduk miskin, koefisien sebesar menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan jumlah pengangguran , maka terjadi peningkatan jumlah pengangguran, koefisien sebesar menyatakan bahwa setiap pengangguran, tingkat ketenagakerjaan, maka akan terjadi pengangguran jumlah tingkat ketenaga kerjaan.
