Pengaruh Temperatur Air terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton Pada Beton SCC (Self Compacting Concrete)
Abstract
The development of technology for the use of concrete as a construction material that can be solidified concrete result by its own weight or called SCC (Self Compacting Concrete). This research was done experimentally in the laboratory to determine the effect of water temperature on the compressive strength of concrete SCC. Variations in the temperature of the water mixture concrete used is 5ºC, 15ºC, normal temperature (28ºc), 50 ºC and 75 ºC. Testing of concrete used in the form of tests on the test fresh concrete as a requirement to test the workability of SCC include testing Slump flow to determine the passing ability, J-ring flow to determine the filling ability and V-funnel for Segregation resistance. In this test variations in water temperature the mixture at a temperature of 5 ° C, 15 ° C and normal temperatures meet standard workability of SCC, while the temperature of 50 ºC and 75 ºC not meet. Testing the hard concrete SCC made with testing concrete compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete sides, it is to get a conclusion on the effects on the quality of concrete. Testing the compressive strength of concrete at 5 ° C higher 25.70%, temperature 15 ° C higher 19.74%, 28 ° C (normal temperature) is higher 10.46%, temperature 50 ° C higher 0.80 % and at a temperature of 75 ° C lower 1.16% of the quality plan 25 Mpa.
