Pengaruh Kompetensi Bidan Desa dan Akses Sarana/ Pelayanan Kesehatan terhadap Pencegahan Komplikasi pada Ibu yang Melahirkan Dikecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Abstract

Aceh Tengah District had Maternal mortaliry rafio 323 maternal deaths per 100,000 ltve birth where as the ratio in Indonesta is 228. Antenatal visit coverage (Kl) is 67ok, K4 (66.5 %o), delivery by health personel (74.29/0) and coverage of management obstetric complications by health personnel is 6 % where as National target 20%. (Health Profile Aceh Tengah District, 2011). Midwife competence should ltsve lstowledge and skill, edueation eounseling eare during pregfianey, labout btrth and newborn post partum period including breast including breastfeeding andfamily planning. The aim of the stud1, v,ss to analyze the village mid'r+,ites' cornpetency and access of health servtces that influencing prevention of complications delivery mothers st Bebesan Su-bdistrict in Aceh Tengah District, 2013. Sample size is a total of 34 vtllage midwtves tlwt worHng at Bebesan subdistrict. The kind of the study was explanatory survey with univariat, bivariat (chi-square) and multtvoriat analysis (multiple logistic re gre s sion). Resuits. The majority (82.9%o) af the village midtvives had education Diploma III with length of work more than 5 years (68.6%0) and 60 ok have been participatton in Asuhan Persalinan Normal (APN) workshop. Only 28.6% village midwives which had good lmowledge and attitude (26.3%0) can not be able to prevent the obstetric complications of delivery (p:0.036); And 48.6% midwives reported tlat access and the good fucilittes of health services can be able to prevent obstetric complications. Access and facilities of health services was significants' factor that inJluenced prevention of obstetric complicatiorc (p:0.025 <p0.05). Conclustons; The lower of access, facilities of health service and tke village mid+'ive's competency, I{A{Rwould be worse. It's recommended ; Dinas kesehatan Aceh Tengah hove to ensure that health access arul facilities are able lo provide emerg,ency obsletric cure, supporled by a fimctioning referral system and promottng sktlls of the village midwives
