Analisis Perilaku Ibu Hamil Pranikah tentang Kelangsungan Hidup Janin dan Bayi di Kelurahan Terjun Kecamatan Medan Marelan Tahun 2012

Abstract

Nowadays, Indonesian teenagers seem to be tolerant of premarital lifestyle. Premarital pregnant women are usually encountered by two difficult choices. Based on the preliminary survey at Kelurahan Terjun Medan Marelan Subdistrict, March 2012 with 26,093 people and 574 pregnant woman, there were j2 premarital pregnant woman (5. 5 7%o). The aim of the research was to analyze the behavior (lcnowledge, attitude, norrn, the simplifying and complicating factors) of premarital pregnant womon toward the viability of their fetus and babies at Kelurahan Terjun. The type of the research was observational with retrospective study approach. The reseorch was conducted at Kelurahan Terjun, Medan Marelan Subdistrict from March until November, 2012. The population and the samples of the researchwere 32 premarttal pregnant womon who had S two year-old children and lived at Kelurahan Terjun, Medan Marelan Subdistrict. Dota collection with questioner. The data were analyzed by using Spearman Correlation and simple linear regression test. The result of the research showed that there was the inJluences of attirude p:0.018) and norms @:0.001) on the behavior of premarital mothers toward the viability of their fetw and babtes. Knowledge (p:0.668) and simplifying and complicatingfactors did not hne any influence (p:0.410). It is recommended that premarital pregnant motlrcrs should be responsible for what they hm,e done. Families, public, and Puskesmas at Kelurahan Terjun should give support to premarital pregnant woman in order that they will keep their feas and bobies alive.
