Until now, Indonesia is the third largest country in the number of children
who have not been immunized and the f,jih largest in the number of children who
suffer from a health center immunization barriers pertumbuhan. Jmunization officer
is very important element in the immunization service, good performance of
immunization workers in public health centers are very much needed in supporting
Universal Child Jmunization achievement evenly at the village level. The purpose of
this study to analyze the influence of organizational design on the performance of
immunization workers.
This study used a survey design with expalantory approach research with 35
health centers of Hamparan Perak immunization team as population and sample. The
research data analysis using multiple linear regression test.
The results showed effect of job specialization, departmentalization,
centralization I decentralization, and the formalization of the performance of the
significancy value of 0.001 for job specialization, 0.01 for departmentalization, 0.02
for the centralization I decentralization, and 0.001 for formalization. While the span
of control has no effect on the performance of the respondents with significancy value
of0.186.
Coordinator immunization health centers should assign someone more senior
and experienced as a technical manager that decisions at the operational level is
getting better, besides the coordinator must monitor the implementation of
immunization by asking direct result of evaluation of post immunization
