Human resources are one of the factors that greatly influence the success of a project. No matter how small a job is, if it is not supported by adequate human resources in terms of quality and effectiveness, the results of the work will not be as maximal as expected. In carrying out construction, contractors often have productivity problems in construction projects.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of labor productivity on masonry work in the BCA Bukit Barisan Project and the PT. Waruna Project.
From the research results, it was found that the average productivity of red brick masonry was 10.5m2/day for the BCA project and 12.8 m2/day for the PT. Waruna project.
For the results of data analysis from the questionnaire, the variables determined simultaneously have a significant influence on productivity with the dominating factor in the BCA project being the Man Group Factor and the Supervision Group Factor in the PT. Waruna project.
From the results of the F test, it is known that all independent variables, namely the human factor, time factor, material factor, control factor, and safety factor simultaneously have a significant effect on the productivity of the masonry workforce. Meanwhile, from the results of the t test, it is known that all independent variables have a partial effect on productivity. The most dominant factors are human factors and supervision, so it is necessary to formulate a strategy, namely the need for more supervision and communication between supervisors and workers for better project productivity so that projects can be completed more quickly
