    Pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Mitra Sejati Medan

    Abstract
    Turnover intention is the tendency of employees either psychologically or behaviorally and consciously to have a deliberate desire to leave an organization. The fluctuating intensity of employee turnover in the Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan shows the occurrence of turnover intention in the hospital employees. Factors that can increase turnover intention employee job insecurity and workload. Lack of attention to the conditions of job insecurity and the workload experienced by employees can lead to a high number turnover intentions . This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity and workload on turnover intention of the employees of Mitra Sejati Hospital Medan. The effect job insecurity and workload will be tested partially and simultaneously on turnover intention. This study uses quantitative methods involving 86 employees as research samples. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale which is distributed directly. The data analysis technique used instrument test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study that the job insecurity has a partial effect on turnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of tcount 5.526 > ttable 1.663. While the workload variable also partially affects turnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of tcount 4.579 > ttable 1.663. Based on simultaneous testing that the job insecurity and workload variables have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention with Fcount 69.467 > Ftable 3.11 and an R value of 0.791 and the Adjusted R Square in the study is 61.7% while the remaining 38, 3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
