Pengaruh Temperatur dan Enzim Fitase Komersial terhadap Aktivitas Enzim Kadar Nutrisi dan Ketersediaan Mineral Ca dan P pada Pakan Itik

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of temperature and commercial phytase enzymes on feed production on activity, nutrient content and availability of minerals (Ca and P). This research was conducted in the industrial area of PT Cargill Indonesia's feed mill, Limau Manis, Tanjung Morawa. The study was conducted from May to December 2021. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors with 3 repetitions. The treatments consisted of: E0 (without enzyme) EA (commercial enzyme A 800 FTU/Kg), EB (commercial enzyme B 800 FTU/Kg) and T1 (650C), T2 (700C), T3 (750C), T4 (800C) . The parameters studied were enzyme activity, Ca, phosphorus, nutrient content and mineral availability of Ca and P. The results showed that the presence of the phytase enzyme was significant (P>0.05) on the interaction of enzyme activity, while the levels of phosphorus, Ca and the availability of Ca and phosphorus had a significant effect (P<0.05). It can be said that the application of phytae enzymes at different temperatures can reduce the phytic acid content in the feed. The best treatment is the administration of phytase enzyme with the temperature in the feed, namely the enzyme A at a dose of 800 FTU/Kg at a temperature level of 750C.
