Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) is a national program to assist oil palm planters in rejuvenating their palms as an effort to increase productivity, production, competitiveness, income and welfare of oil palm smallholders. One of them implemented in Nibung Hangus, Batu Bara District. However, in its implementation, this program experiences obstacles. The aims of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the palm oil rejuvenation program in terms of context, input, processs and product and explain descriptively. The result using CIPP model shows that the farmer groups partner with Company Y better than Company X. Company Y conducts training and mentoring starting from cultivating seeds to implementing Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and periodic monitoring of palm plantation as well as cooperation in accommodating harvests from the planters so as to produce a better value.en_US
