Abstract

Solidarity is a form of feeling, expression, support, and responsibility that everyone in a group builds on a common basis. What becames that focal point in the study was how existing solidarity and leadership roles galvanized every activity in the community Askara Nusantara. The theory used to see the solidarity existing in the community Askara Nusantara is the teory oh mechanical and organic solidarity Emile Durkheim. The method used in research this time is descriptive with a qualitative approach, observation, in-depth interview complemented with a documentary study. The purpose of this method is to be able to reveal a phenomenon or event, the facts and circumstances that occur by interpreting and describing data obtained and pertinent to the current situation in society. Research shows the following; The first, the community has a great role in instilling social solidarity in members, such as those characterized by mutual activities such as visits a Museum, by Donakara activities and other activities performed regularly online and onsite, as well as solidarity can be seen from members of the community in a different way. Second, the role leaders ia also crucial to running the Askara Nusantara community, which is by understanding the various characteristics or maturity levels of members sos as not to engage in conflict, to be a force in the community to run every activity, take care of members, to find useful information for the community and also to build community members.
