In this study, the author discusses the Folk Game Tradition in the Batak Toba Ethnicity: A Study of Local Wisdom. The problems in this study are the types of folk games found in the Batak Toba community, how to play folk games in the Batak Toba community, and the value of local wisdom in the Batak Toba people's games. This study aims to determine the types of folk games, how to play folk games in the Batak Toba community, as well as the value of local wisdom found in folk games in the Batak Toba community. The methods used in analyzing this research problem are qualitative methods and field research techniques. This research uses the theory of local wisdom, one of which is the opinion of Sibarani. The folk games are: mardideng, pocca piring, rondangbintang, tapanuli bridge, marsigala, marsukkil, marsir, marsitekka, marbatu bulu, margejak, marbintang, mandadap dekke, martunjang, marlange-lange, marlumbung, marsiada, marroda, markelinci and mariye-iye. And the value of local wisdom in this folk game includes the values of harmony and conflict resolution, honesty, positive thoughts, hard work, mutual cooperation, gender management and cultural love.
