    Abstract
In medical science, appendicitis is known as appendicitis, which is a condition when the sac becomes inflamed in part of the large intestine. One way to overcome the problem of appendicitis is using a colonoscopy. With advances in technology, the community is also advancing to become one of the programs in recognizing and preventing appendicitis by using mixed reality technology, as a medium for identifying appendicitis. Mixed Reality is a technology that requires users to interact simultaneously between the real and virtual worlds and various different objects in the surrounding environment, so that they can enhance the quality of the object through improving computer and smartphone graphics. Utilization of this mixed reality technology uses the Hololens device as a medium for targeting interaction on the view object to see the 3D object of the appendix as a whole. And combined using Blender 3D and Unity software, then implemented into a mixed reality application that contains an introduction to appendicitis which is run using hand gestures or voice commands. In testing this application was also given to experts who are experts in the field of internal medicine, and assisted by respondents using a questionnaire. Then it is calculated using the user report method with the Scala Likert formula, where the success rate reaches 87.88%. And the results of the application are stated as media for the introduction and education of diseases of the appendix.
