    Abstract
Mysophobia or commonly referred to as germaphobia is an excessive fear or anxiety with microorganisms and being contaminated by these microorganisms. For sufferers of Mysophobia, holding an object will cause excessive fear according to the level of fear experienced by the sufferer. The greater the level of fear, the more unable a sufferer can touch the object directly. Mysophobia sufferers need to do therapy to get used to facing their fears so this research is carried out in the form of Mysophobia therapy which is carried out using the in vivo exposure method with a systematic desensitization technique. Therapy with the in vivo exposure method is a method in which the patient will deal directly with the source of his fear. While the systematic desensitization technique is a therapeutic technique that requires a relaxation process first to relieve the tension experienced by the sufferer. In this study, therapy will be supported by the use of Mixed Reality technology using markers. Mixed Reality technology is a combination of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technology where users can see 3D objects using special tools and can see the environment in the real world. Through the use of Mixed Reality technology, the patient will be faced with 3D objects that have been detected in advance by the camera using a marker. This therapy is built using Unity 3D while markers are built using Vuforia. The results of application testing carried out using the Likert formula, there were 81.5% of respondents agreed that this therapy application could be used as a Mysophobia therapy aid.
