sigh of fatigue pain in bone muscle of finger worker hand; to know the influence
intevence training given to sigh pain in bone of muscle of finger of worker hand.
Research device have the character the true experimental (pre test-post test the
design), where is done by intervention in the form of training at 15 people of woman
worker. At the group that is reseached, before and after intervence done by
measurement of range of motion with goniometer of wrist and measurement fatigue
sigh questioner. Measurement of fatigue muscle finger as much 3 times that is at
10.00, 12.00, 15.00, and angle measurement done only instruct flection.
Result of research, measurement of fatigue muscle of hand finger seen from
degree move the joint, happened by the angle increase of degree joint motion after
done by training. At statistical test and pursuant to questioner from difference before
and after training at all finger and joint seen that effective training lessen the sigh
fatigue muscle of hand finger (differing by significant at p<0,05) and test of fatigue
muscle of hand finger pursuant to fatigue duration seen have significant, where
