Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Dokter dalam Pengisian Berkas Rekam Medis di RSUD Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam Tahun 2009

Abstract

This research based on the lower of filling the medical record by physician in General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. The preliminary survey of the 50 medical record randomly conducted on May 2009, the incomplete record were 45% mainly the summary (RM 8 form). The research with survey method was conducted to analyze the influence of motivation (work situation, salary, policy, recognition and responsibility) on the job performance of phisician in filling the medical record, at General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam in 2009. Population were all of physician General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam as 47 persons. The sample were all the population. The data were collected using questioniare, intervew, and it analyzed by multi linear regrestion test. The results of research showed that the sub-variable policy had influence on the job performance of physician in filling the medical record. The others such as work situation, salary, recognition, and responsibility did not have influence. It is suggested that management of General Hospital of Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam to formulate the policy in order to do implement the medical record effectively, that the reference to implement the sanction to whom prohibit more clear. It is also needeed to socialize continually the medical record to all component of hospital, especially physician, that filling the medical record is their obligation.
