Perspektif Hukum dan Manajemen Yayasan Ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Yayasan Nomor 16 Tahun 2001 (Studi Kasus pada Yayasab Amurt)

Abstract

Foundation develop give a new form in foundation activities. The old foundation has been significant changes, included totally changes in the structure of foundation organization, the foundation duty is make and publish the foundation property and also have to pay the tax for the government. The existence of act number 16 of 2001 had covered and solved many problem that happened before. The foundation had done his activities for social and humanity purposed to got some money, so foundation was called corporate body with all of it's required. According to research about the foundation activities, so the research is descriptive analytical using juridical normative and juridical empirical method. The location of research is Medan city, by doing interview with 30 respondents from foundation, 2 respondents from Notary public, 2 respondents from lawyers of Medan Court Justice, by purposive sampling and anonym method. The result of research shows that a new foundation and transmit from old foundation to new foundation according the act number 16 of 2001. In relation to the result of research is recommended demonstration of foundation activities related with act number 16 of 2001.
