Analisis Kelayakan Pendirian Usaha Powder Minuman Drop Coffee
Abstract
The development of the entrepreneurial world is very advanced and growing rapidly, one of which is the coffee shop / cafe business. The coffee shop/cafe business is one of the businesses that has developed quite significantly in Indonesia. Seeing this opportunity, the business of selling powder drinks can develop in line with the growth rate of the coffee shop business in Medan City. For this purpose, it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of establishing a powder drink business with the business name Drop Coffee. Based on the data, there is a large demand for powdered drinks and there are several coffee shop consumers who are interested in buying powdered drinks concocted by Drop Coffee, both for personal consumption and as a drink ingredient for the coffee shop/cafe that will be sold. Meanwhile, the existing supply of drinking powder has not been able to meet this demand. So there is potential for Drop Coffee to establish a powder drink business. In this study, a feasibility analysis was carried out on the establishment of the Drop Coffee business from market aspects, legal aspects, technical and technological aspects, environmental and social economic aspects, management and human resource aspects and financial aspects. Based on this research, it was found that all aspects of eligibility were feasible with a payback period of 2 years and 6 months, a net present value of IDR 277,459,940, an internal rate of return of 19%, and a profitability index of 1.7.
