The success of the official of the correctional institution of the class woman Ji a
Medan in carrying out the management of the prisoner and special resistance the
woman is not free from the achievement from each official in undertaking the task
and bore he repli in working, but in fact the official of the correctional institution
could not undertake his tasks in accordance with bore he replied, so as the
achievement of the official in working is not yet maximal appropriate that is want by
the management of the correctional institution of the class woman Ii a Medan, efforts
that are carri out by the head of the correctional institution to increase by the
achievement of the officials of this correctional institution including being by giving
the training and education, gave the motivation or urging to each official to be able
to work maximally in accordance with bore he replied
The formulation of the problem in this research was: 1) how far the influence of
education and the training, the motivation as well as the work culture on the
achievement of the official of the correctional institution of the class woman Ji a
Medan?2) any factor that influenc the official 's motivation of the correctional
institution of the class woman Ii a Medan?Whereas the hypothesis that is put forward
in the research was: 1) education and the training, the motivation as well as the work
culture are influential towards the achievement of the official of the correctional
institution of the class woman Ii a Medan, 2) the work environment, and the
appreciation on the achievement of the influential work towards the official 's
motivation of the correctional institution of the class woman Ii a Medan.
Theories that are us in this research including being the theory of the management of
human resources that are connect with education and the training, the motivation, the
work culture, the work environment, the appreciation for the achievement of the
work, and kinerja. the research method in this research is with the survey approach,
the research kind is descriptive quantitative, and the characteristics of his research
are the explanation (explanatory). the research population is all the official of the
correctional institution of the class woman Ii a Medan that is numbering 7 4 people,
the determination of the number of samples us the formula slovin, with the number of
samples 62 people, the method of the data collection is carri out with the interview
(interview), the questionnaire (questionaire), and the study of the documentation, the
analysis model of the data that is us for the testing of the first hypothesis and the two
are the analysis of linear regression multiplied
Results of the research that is receiv were: 1) together education and the training, the
motivation as well as the work culture are influential very significant (high
significant) towards the achievement of the official of the correctional institution of
the class woman Ii a Medan, partially the motivation and the work culture of the
influential official significant towards the achievement of the official, whereas
education and the training are influential not significant towards the achievement of

the official, and 2) together and partial the work environment, and the appreciation
are influential very significant (high significant) towards the work motivation of the
official.
