Objective: To determine the effect of 5% pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) seed extract cream on stretch marks. Subject and Methods: This study is a quasi experimental clinical trial with a pretestpostest research design on 31 subjects with stretch marks. Diagnosis was confirmed by history and clinical evaluation using the Manchester scar scale before and after administration of 5% pumpkin seed extract cream alone and combination of 5% pumpkin seed extract cream and 0,1% tretinoin cream at week 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8. Adverse effects were recorded during the study and satisfaction levels were assessed at the end. In addition, a Friedman test was carried out to see the difference before and after treatment with a p <0.05, was considered significant. Results: The majority of subjects ages ranged from 18 to 25 years (87%). There was a significant decrease in Manchester scar scale in stretch marks, both after being given 5% pumpkin seed extract cream or combined with 0,1% tretinoin cream for 8 weeks (p<0,001). Stretch marks after being given 5% pumpkin seed extract cream compared to 5% pumpkin seed extract cream combined with 0,1% tretinoin cream, there was no significants difference (p<0,251). Of the total 31 subjects, none experienced side effects. Based on the level of satisfaction all subjects feel satisfied.
