dc.description.abstract | This study aims to see the effect of rewards on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. Performance is the result of the overall work that is obtained by workers from carrying out their work. One of the factors that affect employee performance is reward. Rewards are remuneration or a form of appreciation given in the form of material or praise for doing a job that aims to improve performance and make a person more active in doing his job. This research involved employees of PT. Nusantara II with 84 employees. The sampling technique in this study was side incidental. The method of collecting performance data was carried out using a performance scale prepared by the researcher and the method of collecting reward data was carried out using a reward scale prepared by the researcher. The results showed that the significance value of simple linear regression was 0.000 <0.05, so that there is an effect of rewards on employee performance. The regression equation in this study is Y = 54.991 + 0.396X, which means that rewards have a positive effect on employee performance. The results also show that rewards affect employee performance by 13.7%. The majority of research subjects have a high level of performance and the majority of the subject's perception of moderate rewards. | en_US |
