Pengaruh Lokasi, Fasilitas, Tenaga Kesehatan dan Bentuk Tindakan terhadap Pemanfaatan Rumah Sakit sebagai Tempat Pelayanan Persalinan Peserta Jamsostek di Kota Medan

Abstract

The participant of Jamsostek whose did not utilize the referral health service still high enough. From 1698 cases of delivery which reimbursed to PT Jamsostek Medan in 2006, as 69,5% were done at hospital or clinic which did not their partner. This study aimed to analyze the influence of location, facilities, health workers and forms of action on utilization of hospital as a delivery place of Jamsostek participant. The study was an explanatory survey. Population were Jamsostek participants who utilized or did not utilize the hospital whose partner of Jamsostek, amounting to 160 respondents and all as sample research. Data collected by direct interviews using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression. The results based showed that there were significant influence of health workers, the form of action and location on the utilization of hospital as a delivery place. It is recommended to PT. Jamsostek to : 1) make collaboration with partner hospitals to fix health care procedures; 2) Monitoring regularly the hospital partner in organizing the implementation of health insurance; 3) together with hospital partnerto to held a socialization and health education for participants of Jamsostek.
