dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Accountability and Internal Control System on Organizational Performance in the Medan City Government. The type of data in this study is causal associative. Type of data than used in this study is primary data. Population that recorded in this study was 35 OPD in in Medan City. The sample that used in this study was 105 respondents where each OPD in Medan City was represented by 3 respondents. The data was collected using total sampling.The results of this study showed that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, Accountability and Internal Control System has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance in the Medan City Government.en_US
