dc.description.abstract | D-3 Statistics student achievement index is very good so it needs analysis that influence the achievement index. This research has several objectives that is analyzing the influence of learning discipline, learning motivation and lecturer competence on student achievement index D-3Statistics.
Determination of samples in this study using Slovin formula, the sample taken as many as 74 students from total active students D-3 Statistics amounted to 283. The type of data used is the primary data with metpde data collection questionnaire.Teknik used is path analysis.From the results of this study shows that the discipline of learning, learning motivation and lecturer competence simultaneously have a significant effect on the achievement index. But in the partial test of learning discipline and learning motivation does not significantly affect the achievement index and in the partial lecturer's competence test has a significant influence on the achievement index. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Indeks prestasi mahasiswa D-3 Statistika sangatlah baik sehingga perlu analisis yang mempengaruhi indeks prestasi. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa tujuan yaitu menganalisis pengaruh disiplin belajar,motivasi belajar serta kompetensi dosen terhadap indeks prestasi mahasiswa D-3 Statistika.
Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 74 mahasiswa dari total mahasiswa aktif D-3 Statistika berjumlah 283. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metpde pengumpulan data kuesioner.Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.Dari Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin belajar, motivasi belajar dan kompetensi dosen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi.Tetapi di uji parsial disiplin belajar dan motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi dan di uji parsial kompetensi dosen berpengaruh siqnifikan terhadap indeks prestasi. | en_US |
