    Abstract
Analysis of cannabinoids in hair of marijuana (Cannabis saliva L) can be done using samples of urine, blood and hair. This study used hair because the inspection can be performed after 72 hours of use by the user, this is different to using urine and blood samples. Based on the previous reference that cannabinoid compounds were detected in general is 1J9THC compounds and long extraction time and GCMS techniques. The Objective is to obtain a new method of analyzing cannabinoid of hair of marijuana (Cannabis saliva L.) abusers using techniques GCMS and to validate the methods. In this study, Analysis used of the hair marijuana (Cannabis Saiva L) abusers using GCAMS technique. The hair samples taken from Al Kamal Rehabilitation Sibolangit Centre. Cannabis plants were collected from evidence at the Forensic Laboraiory Branch Medan. Extraction used maceration method with sonication at 42 KHZ and the solven : methanol - 2-propanol (]: 1), chloroform, benzene and petroleum 2 ml for 5 minutes. The result of extraction process tested with fast blue salt B test produces a Violet precipitate. The Optimal results obtained at the extraction temperature of 50°C. Identification followed by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) using the mobile phase toluene and n-hexane (I: 1) under alkaline conditions (pH 9.5). Results extraction followed by GC\1S technique during the sixteen (16) minutes. The results showed that the hair was obtained the compound cannabidiol, cannabinol, and ,,J9THC with concentrations ranging from 0.25 to 2.82 ng/mg. Decreased levels for 30 days of cannabidiol, cannabinol and 1J9THC average respectively 0.06, 0.02, and 0.03 ng I mg. The validation of GCMS method was results cannabidiol, cannabinol, and 1J9THC generate the accuracy (precision) value with the percent recovery (% recovery) respectively 103.83, 102.67, and 101.17. Results of precision test was RSD = 1.3058%, 0.8997% and ft.8997%. Linearity test: r = 0.922, 0.955, and 0.921. LOD = 0.000168 ng/mg, 0.000117 ng/mg, and 0.000164. Quantization limit LOQ = 0.00056 ng I mg, 0.00039 ng I mg, and 0.00054 ng I mg. Based on the results above, modification of the extraction process and GCMS technique used can produce cannabinoid compounds (cannabidiol, cannabinol, and 1J9THC) in hair samples quickly and accurately.
