Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the influence of the effectiveness of internal control, leadership style, the development of work quality against the prevention of accounting fraud at PTP. Nusantara III (Persero) DLAB1 (Garden, Unit) Sub Torgamba Labuhanbatu Selatan. Research method in this thesis is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assessment test, and hypothesis test. The total population of this study using the random sampling, the results of 111 people as a sample. The type of data used is the primary data. The results of this study proved simultaneously and partially the effectiveness of internal control, leadership style, and the development of the quality of employees against the prevention of accounting fraud.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah pengaruh efektifitas pengendalian intern, gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan mutu karyawan berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan akuntansi pada PTP. Nusantara III (Persero) DLAB1 (Kebun,Unit) Kecamatan Torgamba Labuhanbatu Selatan. Metode penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini menggunakan sampel random diperoleh 111 orang sebagai sampel. Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data primer. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial efektifitas pengendalian intern, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pengembangan mutu karyawan berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan akuntansi.
