dc.description.abstractAn ATMega328 Microcontroller-Based DC Buck Converter has been designed which consists of a buck converter circuit and an ATMega328 microcontroller circuit as a source of duty cycle regulator with PWM. The initial voltage comes from PLN which produces AC voltage, then it is forwarded to a step down transformer to lower the alternating voltage so that it produces a smaller voltage and produces a DC voltage, which will then be forwarded to a filter that functions as a noise and ripple damper. After that the voltage will be forwarded to the Buck Converter which will produce a lower voltage according to the duty cycle. The results of the voltage sensor readings will be displayed from the microcontroller to the LCD as an interface.en_US
