Strategi Pembangunan Sektor Tanaman Kopi di Lintong Ni Huta Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan

Abstract

Implementation of development policies in coffee lintong in Humbang Hasundutan District is one of the coffee development policies undertaken by the Government of Humbang Hasundutan, the policy of increasing the quality and quantity of coffee lintong gets a response from many coffee farmers especially Lintong Organic Coffee Association (AP KLO) in District Lintong Ni Huta Humbang Hasudutan district; in the midst of the problems faced by coffee farmers as a low sale price, low knowledge of coffee farming, coffee pests diseases, traditional technology used, emerging policy of increasing the quality and quantity of coffee lintong as policies that seek to improve the quality and coffee lintong quantity that became the pride of the community, especially people in the District Lintong Ni Huta Regency of Humbang Hasundutan. This study uses social research as a qualitative descriptive approach used in analyzing the policy of the Government of the District Lintong Ni Huta Regency Of Humbang Hasundutan, this research describes fonomena of coffee farmers and Lintong Organic Coffee Farmers Association (APKLO) against the policy. The results of this study explains that the plantation sector development policy implementation, especially for coffee plants in the District Lintong District Nihuta Regency of Humbang Hasundutan been implemented properly. In addition, There are several factors that are believed to he support and obstacle in efforts to implement the policy with the good,· factors support Natural Resource Circumstances conditions are still many ba"iers and limitations of available fonding sources, especially in terms of working capital for the farmers.
