    Abstract
    A company will be successful because it is obtained from the performance results of its employees, so the company needs to improve the quality of its employees' performance. Many factors affect employee performance, some of which are teamwork, work motivation and job satisfaction. Teamwork, work motivation and job satisfaction are very important in improving employee performance because it can stimulate someone to do work in order to achieve maximum performance results in the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork on employee performance (Study at the J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa office), analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance (Study at the J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa office), analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (Study at the J&T sibuhuan-sosa office) and analyze the effect of teamwork, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance (Study at the J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa office). This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the j&t sibuhuan-sosa office which amounted to 30 respondents (people). In this study, the data used were primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires through Google Form, and secondary data obtained through books and articles related to this research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, partial teamwork and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa employees. Meanwhile, job satisfaction did not significantly affect J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa employees. Simultaneously, teamwork, work motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on J&T Sibuhuan-Sosa employees.
