    Abstract
    The success of a company is strongly influenced by the performance of each employee, where the company's performance is largely determined by the performance of its employees, so if the company's performance wants to be improved, of course, employee performance must be considered. Paying attention to communication patterns and good organizational culture within a company is very important, where communication patterns are very influential in the form of effective delivery within the scope of the company, and a good organizational culture can improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of communication patterns, organizational culture, and rewards on improving employee performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantation Range. The influence of communication patterns and organizational culture will be analyzed partially and simultaneously. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through saturated sampling technique using 40 respondents as samples. The data collection technique used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale which is distributed directly to respondents. The data analysis method used is instrument validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results showed that based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) which aims to see the magnitude of the relationship between the three independent variables, namely communication patterns (X1), organizational culture (X2), and Rewards (X3) on a dependent variable of employee performance (Y) simultaneously. , based on the results obtained from the R value of 0.668, which means that the relationship between communication patterns (X1), organizational culture (X2), and Rewards (X3) on employee performance (Y) has a strong or close effect, then to see the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjust R Squere) that the variables of communication patterns (X1), organizational culture (X2), and Rewards (X3) can explain and affect employee performance (Y) by 0.399. This means (Y) the employee performance variable of PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantation Range. Can be influenced by variables, namely communication patterns (X1), organizational culture (X2), and Rewards (X3), while the remaining 60.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
