    Abstract
    One of condition that must UAV have while doing suveilance mission is low of noise. The prime source of noise in aircraft that moved by propeller is come from the propeller. In arrow with development in UAV nowdays, when the study of noise that produced by propeller never been done yet. So , this research have purpose to design the propeller that have lower noise level. The Noise Generation Mechanisme (NGM) that will be analys consist of turbulence and presure field. Turbulence characteristic will be reduce by choose the airfoil as base geometry of propeller. And the presure field will be reduce by choose twist angel which produce lower sound preseure level. This experiment did by computational fluid dynamic (CFD) with the thorough paramaters are turbulence energy, lift coefficient, and Drag coefficient for airfoil. In rotating propeller experiment, the parameter that will be analys is velocity and dynamic presure thet produced by the rotationg of propeller. From the result of experiment, could be conclude that Clark-Y is the best airfoil in aerodynamics performance and also have lower turbulence energy rather than the other two candidates. From the results of rotating propeller experiment that rotate in 2500 rpm, could be conclude that the lower SPL is come from the propeller with twisting angel = 350 . The value of SPL = 52.01777383 dB in 10 m of radius of hearing.
