Penerapan Teori Seddon’s Information System Success dalam Mengukur Kesuksesan Penggunaan Ovo pada Mahasiswa Akuntansi di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU)

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness on the OVO success among undergraduate students in the Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Su-matera Utara. The study is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional and sur-vey method. The population of this study includes all undergraduate students of the Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Su-matera Utara, and a total sample of 269 students. The data is gathered using an online questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that system quality and per-ceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on the OVO success. How-ever, the OVO success is not affected by information quality. This study points out that improving system quality and perceived usefulness is the best strategy for OVO to gain success.
