Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the largest revenue contributors in the Samosir Regency. Supported by the potential of various natural attractions. Samosir Regency is part of the priority tourism destinations in Indonesia. It's because Samosir has strategic location and the variety of adequate facilities. This Progress happened because the micro, small, and medium business actor's take the advantage of tourism sector for living. Therefore, the researchers conducted research on one of the tourist objects most in demand by tourists in Samosir Regency, The Batu Hoda Beach. The purpose of this study was to analyze the location factors and the variety of facilities in increasing the attractiveness of visiting tourists at the Batu Hoda Beach Samosir. The form of this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The researcher describes the results of the analysis of the location and variety of facilities factors and the consequences that occur. Researchers are more interested in research instruments on humans contained in research objects that are used as informants in this study. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study seeks to describe the results of the analysis with the consequences that occur. This is based on the consideration that researchers want to understand the factors of location and variety of facilities in increasing the attractiveness of visiting tourists to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) Batu Hoda Beach Samosir. The research results are summarized through 3 (three) stages of data collection techniques, that is interviews, observation, and literature study. Furthermore, the data obtained in the field then checked again. From the results of data processing, the researcher summarizes the things that have been devoted to being presented and arranged systematically. Next, the researcher carried out the data verification stage by making conclusions based on the data obtained from the research results.
