This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from yellow kepok banana peels on the growth of mustard greens. Liquid organic fertilizer was obtained by fermenting yellow kepok banana peels using agricultural EM4 for 14 days and analyzed for NPK content and pH. POC application of yellow kepok banana peels on mustard pagoda using a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with seven treatments, namely 4 treatments of POC yellow kepok banana peels with concentrations of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, control (without treatment), treatment pearl NPK fertilizer (16:16:16) and agricultural EM4 treatment. The growth parameters of pagoda mustard observed included plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, dry weight, root/shoot ratio, chlorophyll content and fiber content. The results of the POC analysis of yellow kepok banana peels obtained C-organic content of 1.27%, N-total 0.13%, P 7.14% and pH 4.86. POC application of 100% concentration of yellow kepok banana peels on mustard pagoda significantly affected all parameters except root/shoot ratio and fiber content. Variation of the POC concentration of yellow kepok banana peels other than 25% resulted in a higher value than the control and EM4, but lower than the NPK treatment.
