| dc.description.abstract | Aluminium is the most widely used elements in the field of technology,
particularly in the field of transportation . Issues surrounding the fuel consumption
and weight reduction components used, have made of aluminum-magnesium
alloys in this highly developed industry. By reducing the weight of the
components used , the consumption of energy in terms of fuel consumption and
exhaust gas emissions can also. In this study, the addition of Aluminium
Magnesium into corresponding variations done is 1.4 % and 2.2 %, then
performed simulations using ansys software design models in a way resembles the
shape of the original specimen , and gave the same treatment in accordance with
the testing eskperimental . By using this ansys simulation , many parameters to be
obtained . In this simulation searchable normal stress, maximum stress and strain
to the static load. Of simulations obtained for alloy Al 98 %-Mg 1.4% at an angle
of 60o
hem obtained normal stress of 118.77 MPa. At the 98 % - Al alloys Mg 1.4
% at an angle of 90o
hem obtained normal stress of 107.89 MPa. At the 97% - Al
alloys Mg 2.2 % at an angle of 60o
hem obtained normal stress of 155.2 MPa. At
the 97 %-Al alloys Mg 2.2% at an angle of 90o
hem obtained normal stress of
117.95 MPa . At the 98 % - Al alloys Mg 1.4 % at an angle of 60o
hem obtained
maximum voltage of 122.9 MPa. At the 98 % - Al alloys Mg 1.4% at an angle of
90o
hem obtained maximum voltage of 132.67 MPa. At the 97 % - Al alloys Mg
2.2% at an angle of 60o
hem obtained maximum voltage of 160.82 MPa. At the 97
% - Al alloys Mg 2.2% at an angle of 90o
hem obtained maximum voltage of
145.35 MPa. At the 98% - Al alloys Mg 1.4% at an angle of 60o
hem obtained
maximum strain of 0.0020302 mm . At the 98% - Al alloys Mg 1.4% at an angle
of 90o
hem obtained maximum strain of 0.0021916 mm . At the 97% - Al alloys
Mg 2.2% at an angle of 60o
hem obtained maximum strain of 0.00260201 mm . At
the 97% - Al alloys Mg 2.2% at an angle of 90o
hem obtained maximum strain of
