The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership style and Motivation on the performance of employees of the Deli Serdang Communication and Information Service. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The population to 40 employess of the Deli Serdang Communication and Information office using the saturated sampling method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data collection using questionnaires and interviews and secondary data collection using Literature study and data from government institutions, previous research. The results show that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted RSquare) is 0.579, which means that 57,9% of employee performance variabels can be explained by the leadership style and motivation variabels while the remaining 42,1% can be explained by other variabels not examined in this study. With a significance value of a = 5% (0,05), it can be concluded that simultaneously leadership style and motivation have a significant and significant effect on the performance of the Deli Serdang Communication and Informatics Departement employees. The results of this study indicate that partially the leadership style and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Deli Serdang Communication and Information.
