    Abstract
One of the most important parts of the transformer is the transformer oil. The condition of the transformer oil insulation is also not necessarily good, because in the transformer oil there are many impurities and too much water content. If in this condition the transformer oil is put into the transformer and operated, there will be insulation failure and aging of the transformer insulation caused by bad transformer oil. The condition of the transformer can be maintained or maintained by knowing the quality of the transformer oil. Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) is one test that is currently widely used to assess the condition of transformer oil. The results of the DGA test can then be interpreted using several methods, one of which is Total Dissolved Combustible Gas (TDCG). In this analysis, the reliability value and availability value are calculated based on the DGA test results which will then be processed with the Markov method to predict the right refining schedule as a reference for the next refining. In this analysis, it is found that the reliability value of transformer -1 60 MVA 150/20 kV in Binjai City Substation based on the results of Dissolve Gas Analysis (DGA) on Total Dissolve Combustible Gas (TDCG) within 30 days and 365 days is 0.8218 and 0.0919, respectively. The availability value of transformer -1 60 MVA 150/20 kV in Binjai City Substation based on the results of Dissolve GasAnalysis (DGA) on Total Dissolve Combustible Gas (TDCG), for K1 is 0.4625; K2 is 0.02027 and K3 is 0.3348. With a decrease in the value of reliability and availability, it is necessary to refine the oil based on calculations with the most appropriate time of 150 days within 1 year.
