    Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) made from old coconut water (Cocos nucifera L.) on the growth of pagoda mustard (Brassica rapa var.narinosa L.). Liquid organic fertilizer is made from old coconut water by fermentation and analyzed for its nutrient content. The study was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Non Factorial, with seven treatments, namely 4 treatments with different concentrations of coconut water POC (20%, 40%, 60% and 80%), and 3 other treatments namely control (without treatment) , addition of pearl NPK fertilizer (16:16:16) and agricultural EM4. The growth variables of the pagoda mustard plant consisted of plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), fresh weight (g), dry weight (g), root/shoot ratio, chlorophyll content (mg g-1) and fiber content (%) observed at 24, 31, 38 and 45 days after sowing (HST). The POC content of coconut water contains 0.34% organic C, 0.04% total N, 9.21% P and pH 4.39. The results showed that the POC of coconut water at a concentration of 80% had a significant effect on the growth of mustard greens. The best POC concentration was 80% for all parameters except root/shoot ratio. The pagoda mustard plant growth variable that was applied with coconut water POC showed lower results compared to NPK administration and showed higher results compared to EM4 administration.
