Turnover intention is the behavior or desire or tendency to leave/dismiss an individual from a member or an organization and be replaced again by another employee. The existence of this behavior can make the company's image worse and hamper the company's productivity, there are several influencing factorsturnover intention namely compensation and work environment. This makes companies must provide fair and proper compensation and pay attention to the work environment of employees in order to create a safe and comfortable environment in order to reduce ratesturnover intention employee. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation onturnover intention to employees of PT Pratama Sakti Mandala. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment onturnover intention to employees of PT Pratama Sakti Mandala. This research is to find out and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment onturnover intention to employees of PT Pratama Sakti Mandala. This form of research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through saturated sampling techniques and using all employees of PT Pratama Sakti Mandala as many as 35 respondents. Primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires manually while secondary data was obtained through library research. The analytical method used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test. Based on the research, it was found that the compensation variable has a partial effect onturnover intention, this can be proven by the value of Tcount (2.721) > Ttable (1996). While the work environment has a partial effect onturnover intention, this is evidenced by the value of Tcount (3.062) > Ttable (1996). Based on testing simultaneously that variableturnover intention simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on compensation and work environment Fcount (12,735) > Ftable (3,29) and obtained R 0,666 and valueAdjusted R Square in this study was 0.408. Then the remaining 0.592 is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study
