dc.description.abstractLoyalty is one of the elements contained in employee appraisers which consists of loyalty to work, position, and organization. The number of violations of regulations or organizational culture committed by employees of PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda shows that there is still low employee loyalty to their work. Employee loyalty is also influenced by the leadership style and the organizational culture in the company. If there are still many employees who violate the company culture, then employees still do not carry out the organizational culture properly and leaders within the company are still not firm enough to emphasize employees in carrying out Work Instructions (IK) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB). This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the work loyalty of PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda field employees. The influence of leadership style and organizational culture is partially and simultaneously tested on work loyalty. This form of research is quantitative research with associative proximity. The population in this study was 544 field employees of PTPN III Kebun Membang Muda, with a sampling method using the purposive sampling method and using the slovin formula so that a sample of 85 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique is through primary data obtained through the distribution of direct questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through books, journals, theses, which are related to this research. The analytical methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test The result of this study is that leadership style has a significant effect on work loyalty. Organizational culture positively affects work loyalty. Leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on work loyalty. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study shows that leadership style and organizational culture can explain the work loyalty variable by 66.5%. While the rest is influenced by other variables that are not described in this study.en_US
