Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Derah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Dana Bagi Hasil terhadap Belanja Modal (Studi Empiris Pemerintah Kota Medan Tahun 2016-2020)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the influence of Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds of Capital Expenditure Government on Medan in 2016 up to 2020. The type of the research was a Causal Associative Design. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linier regression analysis, using auxiliary apparatus of data processing with application SPSS program. The Independent variable used in this research are Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds, the Dependent variable is Capital Expenditure. The number of samples used in 60 samples which are data from the 2016 up to 2020 Medan City Budget Realization Report. Type of data used is secondary data. The result of this study proves that simultaneously Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds have a significant effect on Medan City Government Capital Expenditures for 2016-2020. Partially Local Revenue and Revenue Sharing Funds have a significant positive effect on Medan City Government Capital Expenditures for 2016-2020. Meanwhile, the General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds have no effect on the Capital Expenditure of the Medan City Government for 2016-2020.
